the Windows Defender Delta Updates you write every 3 or 4 days:
are they those updates that published in/via windows update?

CONFIRM THE ANSWER AS WELL.

Yes, they are. I get them at work via "Check for Updates" in the program's
User Interface, but if you were to go to Windows Update/Microsoft Update [or
wait for Automatic Updates] and check the WindowsUpdate.log file you will see
that the URL to the file is always the same [I have tested and compared].
