Recently received thomson external usb driven modem from freeserve that stops pc booting when pugged in. Boots ok when not plugged in. Advised to load hyperion 4 in 1 drivers but no improvement. Any solutions?
possibly a power issue, try a USB powered HUB. also you may want to try the modem on another pc, incase it's faulty.
