"This page has an unspecified potential security risk"

When using programs that incorporate IE as the display engine (such as MS
Producer et al) I receive this message almost constantly, everytime a page
wants to display:

"This page has an unspecified potential security risk. Do you want to
continue"

How do I friggen stop that? It started with WXP SP2.

Neither of those sites were able to give information which solved the
problem. Why isn't there a setting to just diable that dialog box
permanently or to trust a specific program and allow it to run whatever you
want?
