this page cannot be displayed

I need seriious help. I cannot access any of my membership websites with my account numbers or passwords. I cannot purchase anything either on any website. with both of these problems I get the same page that says " this page cannot be displayed". This has went on for a year now and it happened right after I downloaded Norton Anit virus software from Norton over the internet while in Europe. Now in Asis my subscription has run out and I cannot re-new it either
Same page pops up when I go to check out and purchase misc items
