Hi guys!!!!

I have 350 thin-clients machine using 3 terminal servers.
I´m having problem with thin-clients. When they use the
terminal server number 2, after a few minutes, the screen
shows black blocks, where the user click the mouse the
screen stay black. Then, the user do a logoff and logon
again and the problem is resolved temporary, after a few
moments the problem ocurr again.

Anybody can help me?

Are the servers configured identically - Patches,
software, hardware, RDP settings? Can you see any
pattern - are they opening the same app at the time that
this starts happening?

Also, try opening a connection to THAT server from a
Windows 2000/XP machine using an RDP client (Terminal
Services client on 2000 and Remote Desktop on XP) - see
if the same thing happens.

What OS do your thin clients have?
