Aniruddha,

First, posting your email address openly will get you more unwanted email, than
wanted email. Learn to munge your email address properly, to keep yourself a
bit safer when posting to open forums. Protect yourself and the rest of the
internet - read this article.

Now, one of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too.

There are several articles referencing the semaphore error. See if any apply to
you.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
articles, and follow instructions precisely:

Hi Aniruddha,
This is happens beacuse might be the file sharing is not enabled between the
computers to do this.
Right click on the network icon at taskbar, Explore it then click on create
new connection wizard follow the instructions, Sure that file sharing
enabled. Then close the wizard. Shud down the firewall on both systems and
then try to connect.
