Semaphore Timeout Period has Expired

I just tried to access my E drive and I got this error
E:/ is not acessible
Semaphore Timeout Period has Expired
I dont have any network, its just a stand alone tower with 3 hard
drives connected,

If you don't have a network you probably have a hardware problem and should
be looking in a hardware or general discussion newsgroup for assistance.
