The Schema for this table has changed

We have recently updated our database to sync with sharepoint. The problem
is this. Now we cannot edit any table/form that has info from our customer
table that is a sharepoint table. Example when we schedule a new appointment
for a customer there is no problem but if we want to reopen that form and
edit it we get this message - The Schema for this table has changed. You must
refresh the table before editing or adding new records -. This same error
occurs when we try to edit info in the customer sharepoint table. Any
suggestions would be great.
