The Password Is Not Valid' Error Message Appears When You Log On t

Hi all
I am trying to access the recovery console on win Xp to fix my boot sector
but it says that the pasword is incorrect ( which was correct) , i found out
that its a bug and i have ti install Q308402 hotfix, only Microsoft has it
and does not let me downolad it because my computer is Dell and i have to
contact dell which i did and they dont have it.
can u tell me where to find it
help please !! thx

Hotfixes are available to anyone, doesn't matter if OEM. You need to
call the telephone number listed in the KB article for that hotfix.
