the old Microsoft Photo Editor

Recently got a new home computer with XP and latest
version of Office. To my dismay Microsoft Photo Editor
(that came with Windows 98 or Office 97, I believe) seems
to be missing. I loved being able to start with a blank
page of just the dimensions I want (8" by 10" or 24" by
36", say, depending on the task at hand...) and then drop
pictures, charts, spreadheets, notes from Word
in...move 'em around and get just the page I want before
I hit Print. My new Office package comes with Microsoft
Office Picture Manager that has nothing that resembles
the functionality described above. A) How do I obtain a
copy of the old Microsoft Photo Editor that will work
with my XP (if it can be downloaded please show me the
specific path - my brief search of the available
Microsoft downloads yielded nothing) or B) What other
utilities or software packages could allow me to drag,
drop, and move objects into resizable blank pages ?
Thanks.

If you got your old Office 97 Disks, you can install it.

Greetings --

Microsoft Photo Editor was distributed as part of Office 97,
Office 2000, and Office XP. If you have a valid license for one of
these, you should be able to perform a custom installation to get just
the Photo Editor.
