Hi Blaine,
Thanks for your posting here.
As we have tried creating new profile, which will re-synchronize all the
offline folders, I think this issue is mostly related to corrupted mailbox.
Therefore, recreating mailbox is an efficacious way to resolve this
behavior.
Also, you may create new profile with disabling catch Exchange mode before
doing so.
I am waiting for your update.

|Sorry for the delay in responding. Dumping the whole mailbox to pst,
|deleting the mailbox on the server, recreating it and then importing
the
|whole mailbox seems just a bit to drastic for what appears to be a
minor
|issue with folder replication. From what I have seen, the deleted
email is
|restored to the Deleted Items folder on the server but they are just
never
|replicated to the Offline Deleted Items folder on the client.
|
|If you feel that deleting the whole mailbox solution is the only way
to go,
|then I will give it a shot but please let me know if you might have an
|alternative.
