"the internet explorer feedstore is unavailable"

Yep, my "Feeds" do not update in side bar and for some I merely receiv
"The Internet Explorer Feedstore is Unavailable." There is a simila
thread but apparently 'their' computer fixed itself -- I have bee
living with this since April 2010. Help
