exploring the internet

I have just gotten a new computer and when I go to the address bar up top
and type in an address eg www.claimsecure.com , I get a page displaying all
the different pages that I might be wanting which is fine but if I click on a
page to explore another window comes up Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage and displays this page. I go to Diagnose Connection Problems and it
tells me everything is fine. I am really stumped as to what is going on.
Could someone help me? Thank you Sharon

That particular Web site is down.

The only reason you appear to load the home page is because it has been
cached on your hard drive.
