The disk or device contains more than one type of content

How do I get Windows XP to default to "Take no action",
and not put up the dialog box or search newly mounted
volumes/drives for content?

I get this dialog box when I power on my external drives,
and at least for these particular drives, I'd rather have
it Take no action.
