Text to Speech in c#

Hi List!
i am making a project and i want the text in speech mode
so idownload a .net speech library from code project.But i have to
make the speech in Turkish accent.How can i change the speech accent?
this library is for English..

You'll have to acquire a turkish speech library, I'm not sure if there are
any free ones but theres certainly some commercial ones about like this one:
