text shadow color window? (not Word Art)

I'm adding shadow to simple text in a slide. Where's the access window to
change the color of the shadow? Thanks. (not Word Art, just simple text)

Is this PPT 2007?
You can change the colour of the shadow, go to Drawing Tools - Format tab -
Text Effects - Shadow - Shadow options - color button. Or click on the
dialog starter button in the corner of the WordArt styles group, choose
shadow on your left, and click the color button.
