Text Entered in A Cell Sets Another Cell's Value?

When a user enters text (any text) into cell B5, I want cell A5 to b
set to "Other Job Specialty".

Cell A5 contains a drop down list of jobs (approximately 30), with th
last option of "Other Job Specialty", which I would like to have appea
as the cell value if the user starts typing in their own job specialt
area in cell B5.

Attached is the worksheet, any insight will be most appreciated.

Hi
you have received some comments from me and especially from Alf about
this topic. Have you tried Als's suggestions?

I am stumped as far as which direction to go. Use a combo box or VBA.
have enclosed the spreadsheet for further information, as I'm not sur
a combo box is appropriate in this situation. What do you think?

I think that you'll get more people to respond if you type up your thoughts in
plain text.

There's lots of people around here that won't open attachments--even if we could
see them!

(without anything else to go on, I'd use VBA.)
