It is a theme setting. Control Panel, Display, Appearance tab, Advanced
button, set "Item" drop box to "Icon" , set "Font" then "Size" drop box.

Thanks for your reply.
in drop down box for icon I get icon size (32), Icon font, Tahoma,
size(8).Color boxes grayed out. No selection.
