Text Box Text Shadows

I am having difficulty removing text shadows from a text box. I have tried
resetting the text box formats, tried changing via format text, format text
box. What is interesting is that the first click in the text box area brings
up the text box outline, in which the text looks good, i.e. no shadows.
Next, if the outline of the text box is right clicked, the text gains
shadows. I have tried reformating both the views with no luck. Also changed
the background to white, but this did not eliminate the text shadows. Also
cut and pasted the text to a new blank presentation- same problem.

Any hlep would be most appreciated!

Thanks,

Danny

Two things to check for text shadows:
1) Select the text, click Format > Font. Check if Shadow option is checked.
2) Select the text. Under Drawing toolbar (The one where you add textbox,
lines, arrows etc), look for Shadow Style button. Click on the Shadow Style,
then select No Shadow.

Shawn,

Thanks for the quick response! It was the shadow button under toolbars that
fixed the problem!
