Terminal Services Users

When we went throught a install of our win 2k server, we
installed Terminal Services. After we changed from Remote
Adminstrator Mode to Application Mode our TS uses that we
created can't connect to the internet, only Builtin users
can.

Any Suggestions

To successfully switch from RA to AS mode you'll need to uninstall any applications that were installed before switching to AS Mode. I know it sounds like a PITA but it's absolutely necessary. I know Windows gives you a nice big warning when switching between modes

After doing the uninstall of any programs that multiple people will use, switch to AS Mode, then install programs via install mode ("change user /install" or "Add/Remove Programs"

If this is a member server you may want to consider doing a clean install
