Windows 2003 Server Terminal Services

Is there a way to install terminal services in Windows 2003 Server in
'remote adminstrator' mode? I know you can do this in Windows 2000 Server.
I didn't see that option in 2003, and now I can't connect to the server
using terminal services because of a license issue. All I want to do is to
connect to the server to remotely operate it.

I figured it out. I used the Remote Desktop option and uninstalled Terminal
Services.
