When do you see this error occur or was this just an error you came across
in the Event Log.

Some errors in the Event Log occur because the system may be trying to load
a service before bootup is complete and because the system is not yet at the
desktop an you receive an error.

Others may be the result of something installed on your system that for one
reason or another is making the call for a specific service but in fact the
service is not needed or required for the purposes as specified for a
particular application.

If on the other hand, this is causing a problem, the system is crashing,
hanging or other problems that you can trace directly to this error, please
post back.
