Terminal Server Remote Printing with Word

I have setup several remote clients with a Brother
Multifunction 3100C Printer. The printer drivers were
loaded on the Windows 2000 server and the ntprintsubs.inf
file was updated properly.

When a client connects, everything seems to work
correctly. The printer sets up and the client can print
from Excel, Outlook, Notepad, Internet Explorer, etc.

The problem occurs when the client tries to print from
Word 2000. The job goes into the server que and then
just disappears. The client cue never gets the job.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What service pack is your server at?
