Tempo change and save

WM9 has the ability to change the playback tempo of audio
files (without changing the pitch). Is it possible to
change the tempo and SAVE the slowed down or sped up
verion in .wav or .mp3 format?

I'm currently using CoolEdit to do this, but that requires
me to load the entire track, perform the tempo-change
operation (which takes a VERY LONG time), then save it.

So I guess you're implying that I can't save it via WM9.
