Seems like there is a 16K ~DFA???.TMP file created in the
c:\windows\temp (%Temp% and %Tmp%) directory every time XP
statrs up. And it's not deleted when the machine shuts
down or restarts. These are just building up. Granted,
could delete on login, but shouldn't deletion of these un-
necessary files be inherent? Is there just somethign
we're not doing to cause this, or is it a bug?
