Teh Collect procedure of the spooler Service returns DWORD 0

I am getting a problem and the Viewer gives me this
message:

Perflib - " The Collect Procedure for the
"Spooler" service in DLL "C:_WINNT_system32_winspool.drv"
generated an
exception or returned an invalid status. Performance data
returned by
counter DLL will be not be returned in Perf Data Block.
Exception or
status code returned is data DWORD 0. "

Please provide me with any information in this regard
