Taskbar Problem

Hi, my taskbar disappears when i close the language bar. and normally the
language bar is on the bottom right corner but now it is on the bottom left
and i cant shift it back, so when i minimise programs i am unable to see
their buttons. Your advice would be deeply appreciated.

Right click the task bar and make sure the "Lock the taskbar" is unckeckecked.
Then mouseover on the vertical dottet lines (sort of) click and hold then
move with your mouse.

I have exactly the same problem, however when I move the mouse over the
dotted lines and drag the language bar doesn't move all that happens is that
the mouse arrow turns into a double headed arrow (or a "no entry sign" when I
move the mouse away from the taskbar) for as long as i am holding the mouse
button in.
All help greatly appreciated.
