Taskbar locked if "Lock the Taskbar" is checked or not - Quick Lau

I am unable to access my Quick Launch Taskbar. Whether I click or unclick
"Lock the taskbar", nothing happens. MS knowledge base says that I used
Tweak UI and will have to go back and undo it that way.

I have never used Tweak UI, and I can find no other information about how to
resolve this. This is driving me crazy. Please help!

I do not beleive that you can use XP's TweakUI to lock the Taskbar anyway.

128. Task Bar Lock - Task Bar Unlock

Click on Task Bar Unlock.

taskbarunlock.reg is the file that you want.
