Taskbar and Start button is gone

For some odd reason my taskbar is gone its be gone for like a couple of
days now. Any one have this problem like if i press the window key the
start menu appears but the taskbar does no. Can anyone help me?


P.S. its not a minmized , shrinked , misplaced problem its litterly
gone becasue in safe mode it appears but not there and auto hide is
unchcek. if u need more clarification please tell me.

Well.. I tried that kelly website before i posted and when it resatrs
the window shelli t appears for a split second and than goes away
going to try the micrsoft site otherwise i been wanting to reformat it
thanks

If the suggestion of others have failed, then run regedit.exe
and delete the following folder (export a copy of it if you want,
but I've never had problems from deleting it)::
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects\

I used to have your problem with Windows 95 and deleting the StuckRects
folder always cleared it up.
You may have to do a Search through the registry for other possible
StuckRects folders, if
the one listed above doesn't fix it.
