Task Scheduler Error 0x80070005

Hi:

I am trying to schedule Defrag to run once a week and am getting a Task
Scheduler Error 0x80070005 which says access is denied when I click on
Finish of "Schedule Task Wizard".

I have no password set for logon so none is entered using the Wizard.

Running Windows XP MCE (2005) SP3 with all updates applied as of today.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
