Task notification not working...

* User no. 1 will create a task and assign it to user no. 2.

* User no. 2 opens up the email, accepts the task and then will reassign it
to the next user no. 3.

* User no. 3 will complete the task and mark it as complete.

* User no. 2's task will be updated and marked as "complete", but user no. 1
will not get the notice of completion.

How can I resolve this.
