Problems with Task Notifications

Hi, I have turned off task notification for MS Outlook but the system is
still sending notification out when I unflag or mark a task as complete.
I've double checked and Outlook is definitely set to not send notification,
can anyone offer any advice?

What type of "notification" is outlook sending? If these are assigned tasks
and the sender is notified, that is normal and can't be disabled.

The only notification you can disable is reminders.
