Task Manger process in CAPS

Most of my processes in my Task Manager are in CAPS (Capital Letters).

I'm running on Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 Build 2600.xpsp2

I got taskmgr.exe in...
C:\Windows\System32
C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\16b2c96a0c41f4dfdb4d3cc228a4f819

\i386 and \system32 version 5.1.2600.1106
\SoftwareDistrubtion version 5.1.2600.2180

taskmgr in safe mode shows the process in small caps.

Is there anyone with the same problem and had solved it? Please help me.
