Hi,

Quick question, when I press (Ctrl,Alt,Del) the task manager is not
highlighted and not available? can anyone help?

I don't know what you mean by "not highlighted". If you get any error
messages, please post the exact text. Do you mean that the Task Manager
doesn't appear? Can you run Regedit? Try Start>Run>regedit [enter] and
see.

Not being able to run Task Manager and Regedit are symptomatic of virus
infection. Be sure the computer is clean:
