Task Handling

Where i work, my company assigns a task to me. I would like to reassign that
same task to my subordinates and track both tasks ( the one assigned to me
and the one assigned to my subordinates). I would like to do this without
copying the task to my personal tasks folder so that the task is only in one
location.

I do not believe Outlook has that ability.
