R-click inside the taskbar and un-check lock taskbar, if it's checked. Click
and drag the taskbar back to the bottom and then re-lock the taskbar.

Right-click the taskbar and uncheck "Lock the taskbar". Now, try to drag it
to the bottom. do not drag it by clicking the taskbar edges (when the
double-headed arrow appears). Click on the middle empty area on the taskbar
and drag it towards the bottom

Hi, Scot.

Just drag'n'drop it to whichever side you like. You know, put your mouse
cursor on an unused part of the Taskbar and hold down the left button while
you drag the Taskbar to the top, bottom or either side.

You can also hover your mouse over the edge of the Taskbar until the cursor
changes to a double-headed arrow, then drag the edge to make the Taskbar 2
or 3 or more lines deep - or even 0 lines to make it disappear.

And PLEASE turn OFF your CAPS LOCK!! You are YELLING AT US and WE DON'T
LIKE IT!!

And a Happy New Year to you, too! ;<)

To a small mind, everything is a big deal. There are some of us with
vision problems, you know, that often use CAPS because otherwise we
would not be able to see what we type---or is that too complicated for
you to figure out??

You don't have to use CAPS.....I doubt there will ever be anything you
post that I will want to read that badly!!!!!!!
