Take ownership & forgotten password

Hi,
As i was instructed here, if i want to restore a
password for a win XP Pro account from another XP
installation i need to take ownership for some files in
the XP with the forgotten password...
My question is: what files should i take ownership for
and what are the chnages that i need to do to them in
order to reset the forgotten password.

You Take Ownership of the data that now gives you "Access Denied"
This does not restore the password, it simply gives you access since
the owner of the data no longer exists.
