Table of Contents with built in link to doc pages

How do I create a Table of Contents or Outline table for a report where the
titles listed are also links to the relevant page numbers inside the Word
Document?

See http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/toc/CreateATOC.html. By default, in Word
2000 and above, TOC entries are linked to the corresponding headings. Even
if you choose not to have the entire entry linked, the page number will be a
hyperlink (in all versions). In Word 2000 (or maybe 2002) and above, you
will have to press Ctrl+click to follow the hyperlink.

A table of contents will be hyperlinked by default in Word. Note, however,
that if you are creating a TOC to external files (via RD fields), you won't
get hyperlinked entries.
