system32 folder opens everytime Windows boots up

Hello, we have a new Windows XP Pro PC that all of the
sudden started opening the system32 folder when it boots
up. Nothing has be updated or changed before or after
this started happening. The PC rarely goes on the
internet and if it does it uses dial up. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.

I have the same exact problem, let me know how to fix it
if you figured it out.
