System Soap 32-AC1

R

Rich

I went to my add and remove programs and saw System Soap
32-AC1. I tried to remove it but it said cannot open
INSTALL.LOG.

What is this program, do I need it, if not, how do I
remove it?

Thanks

Hi Rich,

Absolutely no idea what it is, but it certainly isn't a system-supplied
program, nor is it necessary for normal operations. Normally, the first step
to resolving a missing uninstall.log file is to locate the original
installation media and reinstall the program. Check the system folders under
C:\Program files and see if you can determine the folder path that the
program is housed in, it may help you determine where it came from (the
program folder oftne uses the software company's name).
