Is it me or should there not be as much red?

There are many reasons why systems can run slowly, but having additional RAM
is not one of them. If the problem started around the same time as you
increased the RAM, it's probably a coincidence

I doubt very much whether fragmentation is your problem. As a first step in
troubleshooting, make very sure you are not infested with spyware. You
should be running several (one isn't good enough) up-to-date anti-spyware
programs. It's also a good idea to check whether your antivirus program is
up to date and run that too.

Installing more ram DID NOT MAKE YOUR PC RUN SLOWER.

Check for malware.
