system resources allocated to memory cache

Hello,
I did a dumb thing.
I set the system resources to memory cache from programs in XP home edition.
Now I can't get windows to load.

Can anyone advise me on how to reset to the resources to programs?

Hi Captainron,

When you start/restart your computer, keep tapping the F8 key until you
receive the Advanced Options Menu. At this menu, cursor up/down to highlight
Last Known Good Configuration and then hit ENTER. Memory Usage should be set
back to Programs and Windows should then load.
