system reboots with cdr disk

I recently uninstalled itunes. Now when I put a cdr disk
in my drive the computer reboots. I uninstalled roxio and
installed nero express hoping this would help but it did
not. Works fine with cdrw's but as soon as I put the cdr
disk in, the system reboots. Works fine after it reboots I
can then write to the disk then put a cdrw disk in and
write to it but as soon as I put a cdr disk in it reboots.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Shirley

Just thought I would let you know how I fixed my problem
just in case someone else has this problem. It needed a
driver update that I downloaded for free from roxio's site.
