My computer has been shutting itself off. This not the
"System is shutting down. This shutdown was initiated by
NT Authority\System. Windows must restart because RPC
remote procedure call service terminated unexpectedly",
although I did have that problem in August.
It seems that it only shuts down when I am not using it.
I have yet to see it shut down.
Once it shuts down the only way to turn it on is to
unplug the power cord for a few seconds, plug it back in
and then push the power button.
This a HP Pavillion 512n with XP.
Thanks
