System Preperation Tool?

I reinstalled Win XP with a Restore Disk and after every reboot or startup
the System Preparation Tool appears. I attempted to use MS Help to no avail.
Anyone know what I should be doing with this tool? Can I just remove it
from the computer?

do this, go to start run type in msconfig and go to the
start up tab, see if it's listed and if so uncheck it.
it would be best to not remove this software, you may need
it at a later date.
