System Freezes

I'm having problems with my system freezing up.

The mouse cursor won't move, and the only way to restart is by turning off
the power.

On restarting, things generally return to normal operation, but
occasionally, in the start-up messaging, things come to an abrupt halt with
the message CMOS/GPNU Checksum Bad. From this point on the sytem restarts
with a 2002 date. I revert to Safe Mode, amend the time and close down and
restart and it's fine again until next time.

I've also checked my error log and the following message is repeated over
an over in similar, but not always the same wording:-
TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt
and has been copied to "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDB50.tmp". File
"C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been deleted.

Any thoughts

you better go to this site and follow what it says. You have a keylogger
problem. This is the site:
