System explorer list is blank

Help! I've been using MSAS beta since it was made
available - I like it a lot. esp. the system explorers.

Just recently though, when I click on Advanceed/system
explorers the list of availble explorers is blank!

Arrrgh!

I did pull this from the error log:

Any suggestions?

Have you recently installed or upgraded other antivirus or security-related
software?

No.

Norton I.S 2005. I installed it back in November. I
have recently uninstalled Norton and MSAS. But the
Explorer problem was there before that. (I did the
uninstall/reinstall of both products in the hope that it
would solve the problem)

I have recently upgraded my OS from WinXP Home to Pro.
But the uninstall/reinstall of Norton and MSAS was after
that as well.

I found the same thing. The list of system explorers is
blank. so, I uninstalled MSAS and then downloaded a new
copy and installed it and still not System Explorers. Has
MS discontinued them? Or have they been removed by
malicious Anti-MSAS code? My wife's computer is the same
way; I will check the systems at work today.
Anti Spyware is an uphill battle. MSAS did not find
zippylookup.com on my computer. and when I try to send a
spyware report using MSAS, it says it cannot get through
to the internet "check your network settings"

Cool! I'm not alone!!!

I did a fresh install on a win2k machine that had never
had MSAS on it, then did the updates. The system
Explorers are there and they seem to work fine.

Anyone have any expierence with this?

Please?

I think the system browsers are great tools fro de
gunking a machine.

Thanks

Yes - at the time of my earlier post, we didn't know about the fix--thanks
for posting it.
