Trying to cover all the basis here to help with trouble
shooting. Have re-installed OS and started from scratch.
Pc runs fine until tested by stress with process such as
playing mp3 file using iTunes and running full screen
visual mode. I removed ATI All In Wonder and replaced
with ATi Rage Pro video card with same system error as
above (Event Viewer) crash. Trying to figure out error
code above to identify hardware that is causing system
failure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure since it doesn't give a device ID, but what happens if you
update the drivers for both your sound card and your video card. Also,
what happens if you unplug the sound card, and play the MP3 the same
way. If it crashes still, then it is the video card drivers/AGP slot.
If it doesn't crash, it may be your sound card.

I really think this just has to do with the drivers and/or heat issues.
Double check the heat inside your computer and make sure it isn't too
hot. You can use a program like Motherboard Monitor to see where the
temps are at or even Evesest Home from www.lavalys.com ;)
