System error 1378

My Brother MFC 4730 keeps printing the following message-
HELP:


C:\WINNT\system32>net user admin KKKKKKK/add
The account already exists.

C:\WINNT\system 32>user admin KKKKKKK
The command completed successfully.

C:\WINT\system32>net localgroup administrator admin/add
SYSTEM error 1378 has occurred.

The specified account name is already a member of the
local group.

C:\WINNT\system32>start/i/min/wait/B PSEXEC\\127.0.0.1 -u
admin -p "kkkkkkk" -d cmd.exe/c START.BAT
