Synctoy & Winfx v3b2 does not work w/ .net Framework v2

I just installed .net framework redistributable v2 (uninstalled v1, v1.1, and
v2 beta)and now synctoy program and office redation add-in does not work.
Winfx runtime component sept ctp v3 beta 2 won't reinstall either.

Any fixes for these problems? Thanks.

May I ask why you uninstalled v1 and v1.1? Synctoy and office radation are
expecting what framework? Are they built with v2.0 or are the built with
older versions of the framework? If they are built with older versions are
they guaranteed to run with the new FCL?
